Chilean owners have a bad fame of keeping the guarantee deposit after the lease period, inventing problems attributed to the lessee misused of the property; some even don’t return at all the funds.
Be aware of this type of owners, they will always over price their estate, (helped by his realtor), and never assist you or your company in any of the problems a property has.
