With an associate company we offer a great and convenient service for Expats long term rentals, in which you choose a flat and it will be furnished according to your taste & needs. It is a flexible service, includes decorator assistance, replacement of furnishing if you don’t like it, or its defective. It is a full furnishing service, including smaller items like plates, glasses, painting, towels, bed sheets, kitchen appliances, blender, coffee machine etc. This service includes free maintenance service caused by the ordinary wear and tear occasioned by the lessee’s use of the property. And it´s one payment rental, you pay to only one company and they´ll separate the owner rent from the furnishing service.
PRICING
- For a 2 bedroom apartment 200 thousand monthly USD $300/ Month Aprx. Value.
- For a 3 bedroom apartment of 120 meters aprox. 300 thousand USD $450/ Month Aprx. Value.
- For a 3 to 4 bedroom apartment of 155 to 168 meters 400 thousand USD $600/ Month Aprx. Value.
- For 3 to to 4 bedroom apartment of 186 meters 450 thousand USD $67o/ Month Aprx. Value.
- For more meters case has to be study.
REQUIREMENTS
The apartment chosen must permit sublet.
The expats contract must be guaranteed for one year (without diplomatic clause until the 12th month)
Realtor commission 50% plus tax of one rent of final price including furniture
PROCESS & TIMING
A commitment letter has to be signed to start the contractual procedure.
During the time of the contractual procedure, a decorator will interview with you or your wife through email, phone or whatsapp, proposing ideas over your general sketch and preparing it at the warehouse the necessary furniture.
Once the contract is signed and paid she starts operation and will last a maximum of five days including cleaning. Then you can move inside.
Small details will always happen, and will shortly be deliver afterwards.
Disclaimer
- Furnishing doesnt include brand new items, only when is really needed, but instead reconditioned items of good quality, certificated and as good as new.
- Replacements are conditions to same quality product.
- We don’t supply supreme quality furnishing only good quality, confortable, nice at sight & in good conditions.
- Each project depends on size and items.
- Doesn’t include major repairs of the property only coordination with owners for structural repairs.
- The property must permit Sublet contract (one payment rental and we separate between the owners and furnishing service).
- Ordinary wear and tear (Doesn’t include misused, intentional damage or destruction of the furniture or apartment structure).
- Flat chosen has to be evaluated according to location & floor.
- 5 days of rental needed for implemantation are not payed by the company, but by the lesee.
