The main objective of the tour is to see the properties, its facilities and the neighborhoods in which they are inserted, its highlights and community services.
Within 36 hours in advance notice we search your properties all throughout the market, contacting more than 200 realtors, checking out the best local websites and news papers of the area, contacting owners and tenants that have a similar property that you want. Sending all the best alternatives evaluating price and expat friendly conditions. Having arrived to a set of properties then we organize a 4 hour private guided tour through the chosen ones, picking the client at his hotel, and visiting them one by one.
Includes
Between 4 to 8 property visits depending on the location chosen, market situation at the moment of visit, and the previous selection of the client.

If chosen a property for rent; a 50% commision plus tax of one month, must be payed to the realtor office.
If chosen a property to purchase; a 2% plus tax, must be payed to the realtor office.
