Nueva Las Condes Area

Nueva Las Condes area is the newest family residential apartment zone, divided in three subareas; Los Militares, Rosario Norte and Noruega area, each with different charecteristics and  where expats live:

Expenses of building maintenance’s and services associated to rentals.

Listed rental prices in Chile are in net value, meaning that over the listed price, you have to pay associated costs, including:

   Building administration fees (shared expenses): CLP $ 1.000 (USD 2.00) Per m2  or  USD $ 20 per 100 square foot. This includes warm water.

2.  Gas: Is cheap for 75 m2 (800 ft2) apartments  CLP 5.000 (USD $ 10) & for 145 square meter (1.550 ft2) apartments  CLP 8.000 (USD $ 16)
3. Electricity:  CLP $ 350 (USD 0.70) Per m2  or  USD $ 6.50 per ft2.
4. Cold Water: also as gas, very cheap for 75 m2 (800 ft2) apartments  CLP 5.000 (USD $ 10) & for 145 m2 (1.550 ft2)  apartments  CLP 8.000 (USD $ 16)
5. Internet, Cable TV and telephone (Telecommunications): Fix Price of ClP $ 50.000 (USD $ 100). If  you want to take out the telephone, discount CLP $ 10.000 (USD 20).

   Other Expenses – Maid: For Daily service, between CLP $ 12.000 to 18.000 (USD 24 to 36) per day (between four or six hours a day).
