Las Condes is the newest family residential apartment zone, divided in five areas in which expats live: Militares, or the sites nearby the subway station Escuela Militar, next to the Military School of Santiago & beside El Golf area, here we find the combination of 15 year-old buildings with few newer flats. A second zone is Rosario Norte & Parque Araucano Park just beside the offices of this area. Parque Aruco Shopping Mall, mark a third zone with newer building of 1 or 2 bedrooms. A fourth zone, calle Noruega near to Manquehue subway station, we find big flats, more conservative because is a family neighborhood. And Lastly a new area called Lateral Kennedy & Hermanos Cabot, also big flats we can find but it is more retired from public transportation and subway metro stations.
